For over 20 years, my wife and I have lived in a condominium directly on a lovely golf course with lots of trees and vegetation. Regardless of the season, we were always suffering from various airborne allergies. Once we start using the ViraTech 400 from UV Flu Technologies, all our allergies have simple disappeared. I live in Florida, where the constant use of air conditioning, mold and humidity breed germs. I found a remarkable difference in the way I feel once I started using the UV-400 unit. My name is James Apicella and I am the principal owner of Tactical Office Solutions, a contract office furniture dealership working primarily with federal and state government clientele… A lot of our business comes from VA Hospitals where bacteria causes major infections and is responsible for thousands of avoidable deaths each year. Being a Marine Corps veteran, I can’t help but get excited at the idea that an item I now sell could be saving the lives of my brothers and sisters who have served our great country.
Like any successful salesman, I wanted to be convinced what I am selling is legit and does what it claims. That didn’t take long. After 1 day of use in my office (roughly 2,000 square feet and 14 employees) there was a noticeable difference in the air quality. It’s difficult to explain exactly but the air feels crisper, smells pure, and increases productivity in my office. One of the employees in our accounting department recently approached me to let me know about an issue I was unaware of. She had been dealing with daily afternoon headaches that she assumed was associated with the lighting. Since we have had the UV Flu operating, she no longer suffers from these distracting pains and is obviously a happier and more productive employee. It seems that she was more sensitive to the air quality than the rest of the staff, but it brings me joy knowing that she no longer has to worry about this daily dreaded fate. The ambient noise given off by the UV Flu is also something my employees and I enjoy. We adjusted the setting to a mid-high level and the noise it produces eliminates the occasional uncomfortable silence if we are all hard at work and not on the phones. We have added a second UV Flu to our office for adequate coverage and the 24 hour continuous use seems to work well for us. We never have to worry about turning the unit off and we are all happier working in a cleaner bacteria-free environment. I have not had an employee out sick since we introduced the UV Flu to our office. This is a HUGE benefit for us as we always seem to have the papers stacked high. The unit is pays for itself if three days of sick time are avoided in my office. We are going on two months with no time lost to sick days. That is quite the feat here in New England as we muscle our way through the cold/flu season.
I have been presenting the UV Flu to VA facilities in my territory with our ultimate goal of getting a unit in every patient room to promote healing and provide the healthiest conditions possible. The opportunity to help introduce the UV Flu to our customers provides us with great satisfaction because we are quite bluntly providing a healthier more pleasant environment for all of the end users. As a mother of three boys and a dog, I am grateful for your UV-400 air purifier. The Countless amounts of germs, viruses and allergens that usually plague my family have been diminished or significantly reduced. If one of my children comes home from school sick, I guide him to his room where the UV-400 goes to work. We are able to kill the virus and stop it from infecting the whole family. I personally suffer allergies to dust among other allergies and find that when my UV-400 is running I feel wonderful with no allergic reactions. With clean air we rely less on medications and get over bugs faster. Thanks again for a simple product that works so efficiently to keep my busy family healthy and moving.

Just wanted to share our experience with the UV400 .From the moment the unit arrived you could tell this was not a Toy! The unit stands about three feet high and weights about thirty pounds. This medical grade devise recycles the air throughout our whole house. When I arrive home from work, I can immediately taste the fresh air in our home it is as if the air is energized! You have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this product to everyone.

I own a hair and nail salon where the odors, particularly from the nail station, used to be a major problem. Since we put in the UV-400 customers comment on how fresh the air smells, and how they can’t smell the odors from the nail polish remover. I recommend it to all my customers!

My wife has suffered from a severe allergy which some times causes bronchial constrictions, this occurs twice a year during the allergy season, since we live in North West Washington, DC in the vicinity of Rock Creek Park this is a major discomfort. She has been on many costly prescription drugs for lengthy intervals. Nothing has helped. The Allergist suggested she go on Prednisone as a last resort. After reading the long term side effects from this steroid, we decided it was not worth the risk.
In the spring of 2008 I was introduced to UVL-400 by a friend seeking to have my employer explore marketing this unit to our customers, following my typical skepticism I decided to have my wife test it out first, also I figured it was worth a try since nothing we used had worked, and the side effects were nil compared to Prednisone. I’m happy to report since that time my wife’s problem has been minimized to almost zero. The UV-400 is now a permanent fixture in her office where she spends most of her working hours at home and we move it around if need be. Not only had that she escaped all of last autumn’s ragweed season without any flare ups! Thank you so much!!
